Accrual Services modernizes HR onboarding platform

The Services unit has completed the migration of its HR onboarding experience off a deprecated vendor API. The new pattern uses a resilient automation layer that falls back to UI automation when upstream APIs change, reducing new-hire time-to-productivity by 41 percent.

Commercial lending turnaround cut by 73 percent

Accrual Capital has finished rolling out a case-based credit workflow across its SME and mid-market commercial lending books in APAC and EMEA. Average time-to-decision dropped from 11 business days to 2.9. The rollout touched 4,200 relationship bankers across 12 countries.

Accrual adopts agentic orchestration across core workflows

Platform Engineering has published an internal reference architecture for running agentic orchestration flows alongside the bank's existing Maestro BPMN estate. The pattern allows developer teams to build on the same product backbone using a newer, agent-native experience.

Net interest income up 8.2 percent year over year. Cost-to-income ratio at 41.3 percent. Board approved a modest dividend increase and named AI ROI a standing agenda item for 2026.

Compound Checking crosses 4 million active accounts

The flagship retail checking product passed 4 million active accounts, making it the fastest-growing checking product in the bank's history. Average balance per account: S$12,420.

November 14, 2025 · Automation COE

420 bots in production

The Automation COE marked a round number this quarter. The team celebrated with a cake shaped like a BPMN start event. No bots were harmed.

Lin Xu appointed Chief Information Officer

Lin Xu joins the executive team as CIO. She will lead platform strategy and oversee the continued modernization of the bank's workflow, data, and AI infrastructure.
